Classification documentation
We prepare classification documentation in accordance with a recognized classification society at the request of the client. At the client's request we monitor reconstructions and modifications on board and create "as build" documentation. We also produce boat operation manuals and safety management systems (ISM code).
3D imaging of the ship's hull (and other objects)
We use precise and modern scanners to take measurements and the shape of objects and, based on these measurements, create a 3D drawing of the object.
Cooperation with vessel manufacturers and shipyards
We collaborate on the design and development of vessels with well-known vessel manufacturers. Many of our suggestions for increasing practicality, functionality and safety have found their way into new models of individual vessels. We offer clients modern technical solutions based on years of practical service on vessels.
Construction and repair of vessels, machinery and equipment
GRAMAR has its own line of small wooden sailboats that it makes to order, and if necessary, we can also build larger wooden, fiberglass, aluminum or steel vessels.
We carry out repairs and modifications to vessels, not just the hull, but we do everything completely, from the hull to the propulsion system, including all types of engines, transmissions and pumps.
Production of all types of installations and installation of equipment
GRAMAR carries out all types of marine installations, whether it is electrical installations, seawater, water, drainage, sewage, fuel, exhaust gases or other gases and liquids piping systems, fire protection systems or ventilation and air conditioning systems,
We assemble pipelines up to 120mm in diameter using Geberit and Viega systems.
Installation of navigation and communication equipment
GRAMAR provides complete vessel outfitting, installing all types of equipment, from shaft lines, propulsion machinery, tanks, pumps, crushers, through cooling devices, furnaces and cookers, to lighting, video surveillance, navigation and communication equipment.
We install solar panels and connect solar systems to the ship's island network.

ISM code / Safety management system
We provide clear and practical ISM Code and Safety Management System (SMS) documentation for passenger ships and yachts up to 24 m.
Our systems are tailored to real vessel operations and have been successfully implemented on more than 100 vessels in Croatian national navigation, ensuring full compliance and ease of everyday use.
Engine room fire alarm and automatic extinguishing system
We offer several types of analog fire alarm panels in the engine room, which can be expanded to other rooms and zones. Automatic extinguishing is performed via MABO ampoules. The system meets the CRS requirements for passenger ships up to 24m on day trips
Our Projects
Over the years, we have collected a considerable number of various successfully implemented projects. We have built several small vessels, from small wooden boats to an aluminum catamaran that can carry 120 people. We have reconstructed large wooden ships, equipped and repaired boats and ships.
